Adv. Thuto Lemohang Lekhotsa

Adv. Thuto Lemohang Lekhotsa is a dynamic and results-driven legal professional with a wealth of experience in corporate law, litigation, mediation, and legal advisory services. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the National University of Lesotho and has developed a reputation for her strategic thinking, strong leadership, and commitment to justice.

Currently serving as the General Manager at Lekhotsa L.T. Chambers, Adv. Lekhotsa leads with a hands-on approach, ensuring operational excellence while providing top-tier legal services. Her leadership extends to the Law Society of Lesotho, where she serves as a Mediator, leveraging her expertise in dispute resolution to promote amicable settlements. 

 

Previously, she worked as a Freelance Legal Practitioner for EEZEE LOANS (PTY) LTD. (2023–2025), where she provided expert legal counsel on financial matters, compliance, and regulatory affairs. She also served as Legal Advisor and Chairperson of Disciplinary Proceedings at Crystal Packers (Pty) Ltd. (2022), offering legal guidance on corporate matters and overseeing disciplinary hearings. 

Before that, Adv. Lekhotsa honed her litigation and advisory skills as Junior Counsel at Agape Legal Solutions and Practice (formerly M.V. Khesuoe Chambers) (2020–2023). In this role, she was actively involved in court appearances, contract drafting, land transfer facilitation, alternative dispute resolution, and legal research. 

Her legal journey began as a Law Student Intern at Makhoba-khobe Chambers (2020), where she gained hands-on experience in paralegal work and legal research. 

With a strong foundation in litigation, corporate law, and mediation, Adv. Lekhotsa has established herself as a dedicated legal professional with a passion for justice and client advocacy. Her leadership skills and ability to navigate complex legal matters continue to set her apart in the legal industry.
